Have keys made

So where is the place to get keys for your volvo? I went to the locksmith, he says yeah sure I'm the only guy in town that can cut these, I say, okay great, how much? Answer $95. Nope nevermind. I dont even have a chip in this one 97 850. I only got one key when I bought this thing and now I get the bad news. ON top of that it doesnt even work in the pass door, when I tore the door apart to fix the window regulator, I found out why, the door is a different color inside (crash repair, no lock swap). So where to get keys made/ copied?

My dealer did one for me for my S70 (same as yours, no chip) from my VIN# for $25 plus tax (that was including the blank). Not sure how your dealer would be but worth asking.

Cool. Dealer closed at noon, so I went to locksmith. I will call monday. Thanks. I did a search and didnt find any matches for this. I hope to add keyless as well, if its set up for it. Slowly getting all the bugs out of this car. Forgot to ask, they just need the registration for proof of ownership right? I know Saturn was funny about the key and I had a key and the car in their lot.

Yeah, registration would be a big plus even if you have another set of keys that work in the car you drive in... strange, but they may require this.
