V70 (SRS Issue)

The SRS light on the dash stays on but what generally is the fault?is this a relay switch . also when the ETR engine management light comes on occasionally but goes off again on restarting .again what normally is causing this is it possibly bad connections or a relay switch any pointers would be appreciated

It could be a bad sensor, wire, or airbag. You really should have the codes read. Only a Volvo dealer can reset the SRS light and your airbags may be non-functional while it's on.

ive been to my local volvo dealer and had the diagnostic people sort this srs light out all ok now I suppose this is the only way to go on an important subject thanks for your comments happy volvoing
