2001 S80 2.9 non turbo

I picked up the car today after the dealer had it for 5 working days.This is the car that would not go over 25! They took down the exhaust pipe car ran fine then removed CAT"S car ran fine reinstalled CATS car ran fine but check engine light came on reinstalled rest of exhaust car ran fine still check engine light came on so I put code reader on it and it says
P0154 MOD $11 1/1
02 SENSOR
CKT NO ACTIVITY
( BANK 2 SENSOR 1 )
NEW TO WORKING WITH CODES can someone let me know what next.Oh car is running fine so far got away with one hour labor charge plus a few gasket and bolt $122.00

Maybe the mechanic didn't plug one of the O2 sensors back in.

Ok its me again! took the car to a guy named dinardo and man was this guy good,honest and fast.( not cheap )Now the question? the dealer took the whole exhaust off, when they reinstalled it, the car ran new again, way over 25 MPH, but the wire from on 02 sensor was pinched between the motor mount and the Cat causeing the wire to be cut and then shorting out the sensor.What would you do??? cost us $335.89 for the repair that was caused by the dealer!!!!!!!

Take your repair bill to the dealer and ask them to pay for it. If they refuse, call the national number.
