Oil on spark plug

I just changed the plugs on my 1999 s80 t6. the plug right below the oil filler cap had oil on it and I am getting a random mis-firing code. I just had the oil changed. Is there a chance that when the were filling oil spilled into this area or is it more likely the head gasket?

It is quite possible that there has been an oil spillage as some mechanics don't take the care they should.

Is there any sign of oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil?

I do not see any sign of oil in the coolant and when they changed the oil they did not indicate that there was any coolant in it.

I would take the car back to where you had the oil changed and have them do a pressure test, at their expense, as their incompetence is the reason for you thinking you may have a problem. That is one of the first checks when a head gasket is suspect.
