I just replaced the fan assembly and car still spits coolant out the reservoir after driving any suggestion's? Thanks for the replies so far, but no bubbles and I know it may not matter but I changed thermostat 1 yr. ago the fan does come on I was thinking maybe hoses are collapsing? I've put a lot of money into this car, brakes, radiator, abs modal, wheel bearings, more than I paid for it,

Do you have bubbles coming up through the coolant when the engine is running? If so, you probably have a blown head gasket. If not, you can try changing the thermostat.
Does the fan come on when the engine warms up?
