Two weeks ago, I got a check engine light on my 1998 S70 T5 at 118k miles. I had the codes read, and they were rear oxygen sensor slow response and catalyst efficiency below threshold. Codes were P0159 and P0430 if I recall correctly.
I replaced the rear oxygen sensor using Bosch 15063 and all was well for two weeks.
Now my CEL has come on again, this time with P0133 (front oxygen sensor slow response), P0410 secondary air injection system malfunction), and P0422 (catalyst efficiency below threshold).
I find it unlikely that the front sensor would fail just after the rear one. But since the connectors for the front and rear sensors are adjacent to each other, I plan to start by double-checking both to see if might have knocked the from sensor loose while fussing with the rear one.
Any other suggestions?

This is a common issue we all have. Do a search of the codes on this and you will find a days worth of reading.
Some things that I have found that help have been -
Do a complete tuneup - Plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor, air and fuel filters, coil, clean your MAP sensor and fuel and intake system (I have tried SeaFoam and have had good results but there are others)
Please post results
