Exhaust Manifold

Getting ready to put a new head on my GLT, because of a timing-belt problem......G******nit :twisted:

My question is about the exhaust manifold and the expansion joint.....the mesh has come apart from the bottom. Is this thing toast? I know they are replaceable in most cars.....but this one looks to be in one piece. Will it be OK to re-use.....or do I need to start combing the junk-yard?
