xc70 2003 model water on floor after heavy rain

After heavy rain, I get big puddles of water on driver seat floor and on the floor behind the driver seat. Any idea where does the water come from? Window and sunroof were completely closed.

Maybe your drain hoses under the plastic cover,where wipers are located, are clogged.

Since you have water in the back floorboards as well as the front I would look at the drains on the sunroof.
