THe car has 141miles on it now and had the entire front end short of the axles replaced at 100miles "16months ago" by a local dealer with oem parts. only because it was warranty wrk tho.
I had the car on the hoist a few days ago and everything was good except I have a driver side inner tie rod end that has got a bit of play in it. BUt I can't see that 1mm of play causing my clunking.
I did notice that my struts move up and down about 1/4 inch while I bounce the front end of the car with the hood up and looking at them there. Also my upper engine mount "that bar with the bushings on the top" seems to have alot of movement compared to my 850. Maybe it's supposed to.
Im thinking I need new strut bushings or whatever those things are called that are rubber and fit up into the strut mount.
or maybe it's a motor mount issue. any ideas?
