This series of codes seems to repeat no matter what I replace?

The P0422 code is for a leak in the evap system. Check all of the lines to and from the charcoal canister and also check the gas cap. Many auto parts stores can test the gas cap seal.

P1550 is a speed sensor problem. Are your ABS/TRACS lights on? The Vehicle Speed Sensor signal is generated by the ABS module and each and every one of them from '96 and on will die.

P1618 indicates that the ECU and the TCU are not talking to each other. It could be as simple as cleaning up the connectors on the base of the modules. That may actually clear up your P1550 issue as well.

P0722 indicates an issue with the speed sensor again and it is often tied to P1618 with a bad ABS module.

At the end of the day I think your ABS module is failing.

There are a number of re-builders, Victor Rocha and Module Masters both have good reputations. If you are bold and you know how to solder you can fix it yourself. I have a writeup here:
