98 s70 back window up no down

hi guy on my s70 my right back window goes up but not down i replaced the motor and still the same i replaced the switch on that door and still and the master to and nothing changes i hear it clicking on the up side but nothing going down is there something i over looked ? any one got this yet ?? :roll: :roll:

There are only two wires for the motor. Up and down operation
is accomplished by reversing polarity to the motor on those two.
If it goes up OR down, the motor is just fine.
Sorry to hear you blew time on replacing the old one.
( But at least you've got a back-up.)

99.9% of the time it's a bad switch. Usually the master.
Did you replace your switches with new or used ones?
New will unquestionably eliminate that particular fail point.
Used is a crap shoot...
