Let’s try get a Fastenal quote from Antlers to Albany…

$500 all in to my door is ok on my budget for a rear axle and fuel tank assembly. I’ll also work on a possible “ Milgram ship” where we pass it from person to person.

I did get a quote but only a rough one. Offer $228.36 from hugo, OK good until 3/08/23. After realizing my dimensions for the quote were wrong and i would have to go to Dallas to ship, my guess is that it will be about $300 to ship. I can get you a little bit better one later on when I get the car torn down.

If you were close I would take the rear bumper, dual exhaust and work it into my silver 00 S70 NA. Is the rear spoiler crooked for some reason? EDIT: Forgot, ABS Module also if it just standard ABS. Hope to pull it in couple of days to confirm.

Dual exhaust? It has 2 mufflers in the back but it only has 1 exhaust exit. It's the AWD exhaust setup. I'm not positive it would work on your s70. Oh I think I understand. You want a quieter exhaust instead of the regular fwd setup?

Edit: I just remembered that not only is it for AWD but the engine is a turbo, so the turbo exhaust might not pair properly with your NA setup. I recommend looking around on the p80 forum for that info. Or.......since I've got this turbo parts car and my NA v70 here, I'll go take a look.
Edit 2: I looked and confirmed that the exhaust hookup for na vs turbo is different. The awd driveshaft leaving the angle gear is where the exhaust sits on NA. Do you still want the rear bumper with this in mind?
Edit 3: I looked in the pic and just noticed the spoiler is indeed crooked. I took a moment to go look at it. The driver side of it was loose. Slid back into place.

Thanks for taking a look. Since the 00 S70 NA is silver also I was thinking of swapping out the bumper with the dual exhaust bumper of the AWD. We fabricated some dual exhaust pipes for an 08 C30 muffler delete so thought we might be able to somehow do the same with the AWD exhaust.

Miss the look of the 98 S70 T5 spoiler. It would go well with the Orpheus wheels I intend to put on the 00 S70 NA. The photo is a cut and paste of the Orpheus to see what may look like . BUT, wishful thinking since your are too far and the parts are too large and time...

If thats the case, you can get the bumper because, just like all of the wiring harnesses and bolt-on options, volvo designed it to work on any s70 model. The bumper has a removable cover over the driver side exhaust port that you can unclip for the NA exhaust and I THINK (not sure) will clip onto the passenger side exhaust port. I can get you the spoiler too. Also like with the previous responses from abscate, i might be able to get a reasonable quote from fastenal to ship. Interested?
