Those rear links are tough to tackle; heat and a special tool are the only method I know of. Dr. Abscate may be able to shed more light, and Robert has done a few. Given the care the car seems to have been given by the previous owner, it would be unusual to find a problem there.

The delta links aren't for the faint of heart. I gave up and sent it to a professional. Quoted $500, took 16+ billable hours and he really wished he'd have quoted $1600. It's not a fun time. So I wouldn't replace unless they are observably sloppy, ie you can shift the rear axle around bare handed.

There are couple of subtle tricks to getting frozen delta links out, like drilling them or burning them out with oxy and enjoying a hot dripping burning rubber bath
