Yep, somebody's already been there. Maybe what you are experiencing is the result of a dying battery? Low voltage can do some strange things to electronics.

I had considered that, but I tested the battery back in December before the cold hit us, and it tested good. I pulled the battery and put it on a charger/maintainer and the cells are testing good according to it as well.
