Proper fix for rain squeal

Never heard of this issue. Did have an issue with the bracket breaking from rust around the rear axle area. Removed the remains and used a replacement part hanger part that wraps around the muffler. Other wise not had this issue in 13 years of owning the car and now with 125k miles on it.

You never stop learning.

It's "replace this with this", i.e. original bracket and updated bracket.
