Dcarson, please look at the previously attached wiring diagram. It will show green wire at the post 50 of the starter. On your picture you can see smaller green wire. Trace it to the connector at the starter and it will be your "s" terminal. Reread post from Lee Ozark that I included and find service starter wire to which you will be able to apply 12v as described in that post.

I had my wife turn the ignition switch to the start position and used a test light to determine that 12 volts was reaching the 's' terminal of the solenoid. i.e. the solenoid appears to be toast.

I looked in my log book and see that I installed a 'new' AC Delco starter back in July of 2015. It supposedly has a lifetime warranty but I can't seen to find the receipt so I might be sweet out of luck. I got it from Lordco in South Surrey, BC.
