Yes - the price at that eBay link is currently $24.04 for a set of 4 Volvo P2 S60/V70/XC70 compatible TPMS sensors.
Auto parts are amazingly low cost when sold in large quantities directly to the car companies or through tiered suppliers for the car companies. After about 20 years, patents have expired and the parts become commodities. Each part my company sells to Volvo is 8 to 12 times more expensive as a spare part. That extra cost is for the pretty blue boxes, shipping, manual handling, inventory, and selling it one part at a time instead of at hundreds of thousands.
The real pain in the ass in opening the tire (breaking the bead) right at the TPMS sensor with an upside down floor jack on the receiver hitch because you are supposed to go on a trip in the morning and the tire stores closed before the sensor threw a dead battery code. Better explanation:
