Fuel Pump only getting 7v after new relay and jumper test - 1998 - xc70

I think you have the 1998 XC 70 fuel system correct. Thst is a special, one year only snowflake.

In 1999 the FPR moves to back and is evap vacuum driven so it disappears ftom sight

The correct order of flow is

Fuel pump right
Fuel filter
FPR….bleed off goes to fuel “ejector left…..then plumbed back to fuel tank right
Main fuel feed goes on to:
Fuel rail
engine
Empty Nester
A Captain in a Sea of Estrogen
1999-V70-T5M56 2005-V70-M56 1999-S70 VW T4 XC90-in-Red
