"Not Ready" Message - 1999 S70

The Check Engine Light comes on for a few seconds when you turn the key to the "ON" or II position...if other lights come on but it doesn't, then you know you have a bulb out.... No need to pull the instrument cluster to check.

Any update on this case?

My '99 S70 have EXACTLY the same problem: Catalyst, Evap and O2 sensor are not ready, even though I've already driven more than 100 miles after changing a new battery.

By the way, before changing battery the check engine light was on, but after that, it went out.

Anyway I'll call dealer tomorrow to see if they have any solution.
