Just to let you know my progress. WeatherTech says they cannot. Suggested I contact AutoAnything, which I did. No reply yet. Meantime I have been working on a couple of old panels I have. Am trying to fabricate a piece of masonite (1/8 inch or 1/4) to fit as a backing to fit inside the area where the fabric is deepest. Next I took a razor blade and released the present fabric so the masonite will fit. Trying to make a piece which I can cover with cloth or some other fabric, minus the foam and then mount it to the door panel. This is similar to the way the 850 door panels are constructed. It would be simple and also prevent further delamination.

A long way to go but have the extra panels to experiment with.

Thought I had sent this earlier but must have done something wrong. Wanted to tell of my latest experience with the panely. I have contacted WeatherTec and they said no. Suggested I contact AutoAnything and still waiting for a reply.

Meantime I am playing with a couple of extra panels I have. Today I released some of the delaminating material and formed a piece of 1/4 inch masonite to fit into the deep portion of the panel. My idea is to put material minus foam on the masonite and attatch it to the existing panel. Believe it can be done but have to get things to fit better. This arrangement is similar to the 850 and 940.

Open for thoughts and suggestions. With this method the old material would not need to be completely removed.
