Window wiper control lever 1999 Volvo V70
I'm in a bad situation...I've been in contact with the used car dealer and he says "he can't get the mechanic in"...I'm just wondering if he's leading me on. I payed a $250 service agreement for 30 days..but on the contract it says the dealer isn't obliged to to any repairs because the car is sold as is and there is no warranty..any suggestions? If he doesn't get the mechanic in a couple of days I will tell him to give my $250 back and I will service the car at a authorized Volvo dealership

Tell him you want an extension on the service agreement for the number of days he can't get a mechanic in. After all, it's not your fault he can't find someone.
It will probably cost you more than $250 at a Volvo dealership to get it fixed.

Thanks for the advice....Why should it cost a lot at a Volvo dealership? My guess the window wiper motor is shot, I found one online for $80, mechanics take I guess around $100 for work so it should be around $200 bucks, my service agreement cost $250

I doubt if Volvo would install a used part. So, you'd have to buy it new from them and believe me, they get premium money for their stuff. And they get $90 or $100/hr for labor.
You might try an independent Volvo shop in your area instead.
