Also, here is some kind of oil tube apperattus coming out from under the balancer that has oil residue on it like it has been leaking vary slightly. What is that thing and how do i fix it?
If you're talking about tubes coming from under the crank pulley, those are oil cooler lines that go up to the radiator (passenger side). These are metal to the rear, flexible in the middle and metal going into the radiator. My car had one leaking at the metal/flex connection which you can see better from above the engine. They might also leak at the location where they go into the oil thermostat (I didn't know I had one). There are O rings on the ends of the lines. You can see the ends of the lines by shining a light down past the pulley and serpentine belt. The oil thermostat is a small metal unit that bolts on the engine below the crank pulley and fairly close to the engine mount on the passenger side. If you need to replace them, the job is a little tricky. I have some photos that might help. They are kinda expensive, so unless you can confirm a leak, I would leave them alone.
