I did on a search on this site and found more discussion on the ABS control unit. I found info where some other posters also found one of these units at Module Masters. I decided to buy one of their units from inventory because after looking at Vic's instructions for a turbo model I decided I didn't want to take the unit out and then have to reconnect all the hoses, air filter unit, etc. So, Module Master is sending me one for $200 and when I get mine out of the car I can send it back to them for a $60 credit. Total cost= $140. And it comes with a 5-year warranty. So, instead of oaying $700 I'll just have the cost of the struts repair ($340). Thx for everyone's responses.
P.S. Still haven't decided what to do about the ticking noise.

Don't you have to remove the old unit which involves removing the hoses anyway?

Yes, sorry I wasn't clearer. I don't want to do it twice and I need to drive the car until I get the part. So, when it arrives, I'll do the job all at once instead of removing the unit now, putting the hoses and other things that have to be removed back in place, etc. and then having to do it again to install the new unit.
