Alright so I just went outside and took a video to show whats happening when I open the door. The lights on the door will come on but nothing else The lights in the interior wont come on no matter what door I open or with the switch to the door setting. The lights in the back wont ever come on either no matter which way I press those switches.

I also took a video of the car starting. When it starts it has to crank for a couple seconds before it turns over. Was wondering if this was normal. After it has been started I can turn it off and it will start back up fine but if it sits for more than 10 mins it will take a few seconds of cranking to start up again.

video of car starting- turn up volume its very quiet(just black with sound):

I wonder...I'm thinking you might actually have a bad central lighting relay. Hopefully someone else will have some thoughts on this, but if those 2 inside lights work by flipping the switch, then it's definitely not a fuse, and the door switches are working if the red lights turn on, since those are the only way that they're controlled.

Take a look at the PDF here, it's relay K, and is located up under the dashboard inside the car in a very hard to get to location.

As far as the starting issues, mine starts like this from a cold start (the video was for something else):

If it's taking a while, you're most likely bleeding off fuel pressure while the car is sitting there, and your car has to get the pressure back up before it can start. You can buy a fuel pressure gauge at any auto parts store, and test the pressure at the fuel rail with the car off. It shouldn't be losing pressure while sitting.

yeah those lights will come on if i hold my finger on the switch while its to the left. I have to keep a little pressure on the switch otherwise they wont come on.

As for the starting issue, I'll see if my dad has a tester in the garage or one of my friends. Is starting the car like this hurting anything?

Alright the check engine light was on so I had the obd2 scanned at it came up P0410. Would this code be part of the reason my car is starting hard?

I'm in a bit of a hurry so I apologize for my rushed response. If you look in the repair database there is a list of all the codes, just compare your code to what it means. In your first post you mentioned your back up lights not working. This is a common problem with these cars. The culprit is usually the PNP switch. To fix it you have 2 options and 1 option for prolonging the switch. To prolong the life of the switch, row your shifter back and forth between all the gears about 20 times. To solve the problem, you need to either replace the switch or clean it. I'll post a link to the threads tomorrow for you, but you if you search the forum for PNP switch you should find all the info you need.

P0410 is for the 'secondary air injection system'. Don't worry about the PNP switch, it has nothing to do with it. Basically there's an air pump that activates when the cat. converter is cold to help lower emissions. Search the forum for that code, and you'll find a write-up of how to replace the air pump if it's bad. You should hear a slight whine when (if) it activates, only once the car has been moved.

Here's 2 threads we have going on with the issue right now, but you should be able to find more in-depth ones on a quick search.

I wasn't suggesting that the PNP switch was causing the P0410 code, I meant that the back up light problem was related to the PNP switch.
