I just had the flush done last year, but it certainly might give me piece of mind to do a drain/fill again. I'll price out the Toyota ATF, thanks. Last time I found a Mobil distributor and purchased a case of Mobil JWS3309 for 1/2 volvos price.
Is the verdict in on the New formula Mobil 1 synthetic JWS3309 compatibly?

5 bucks a quartz or whatever.
I just had the freaking transmission service require light came on, I felt a thug in the tranny, but opted to drive home 25 km. The car has 160000 km not sure what that is in miles. Had no problems until now, gonna take it into a mr transmission or something get it overhauled and change the oil. people that say you are fucked have no clue what they are talking about, get it checked out at a tranny place, call a volvo dealer and change the oil.
