
It's on the fuel rail cover on the front of the engine. If you can't find it, just give them my engine number, mine's the same as yours is. It's the late-98 & later cars that have a different tensioner.

If that works, and you're sure the fuel pump is working, try either the method in Paul's post above, or try adding a tablespoon of oil to each cylinder to get the compression up.Ozark Lee wrote:My suggestion is to do nothing until you know the timing belt is proper but from there you can simply loosen the spark plugs about 1 turn and listen for the "Pffft" sound on each cylinder as the car gets cranked by the starter.
