If you have any questions, and I mean any questions about a Volvo do not hesitate to email us. I'm usually on here but have not been able to recently. The part you are after is part number 9125462, which is called a map sensor. This is the boost pressure sensor, or manifold absolute pressure sensor. We sell them like crazy and stock 6 of them. This one fits in the pipe that comes off of the intercooler and goes to the throttle body. Hope this helps. It sells for $81.95 and would fit in a $5 USPS flat rate box no problem.

Ill contact you next week to order. Thats tons cheaper than the local dealer here (125). Is this much of a challenge to put in?

Should be easy to install, one or two torx? screws hold it in place. Should be located on the right hand side of the intercooler (facing the car) where the piping connects. Getting a few wires etc out of the way will probably be the most difficult thing.

If you're reffering to the Turbo Control Valve, I just changed mine on my 2001 S60 T5. I got it from Ipd and it was about $80-85. The valve itself is easy to change, but the vacuum lines is another story. There are 3 lines on the valve and one is easy to change but the other 2 are pretty difficult to change. So I had them done today at a local Independent Volvo service place for $47. Not sure if this info will help, but I hope it will.

Last week I received the ole P0237 code "Turbo boost sensor A circuit low" and ordered the MAP sensor.

Here is the sensor's location just to the right underneath the intake manifold and the new part ($90).

A plastic clip holds it in place, be careful pulling it apart to remove the MAP sensor. Here was the reason why my unit sending an error message in addition of never been replaced before...

Here is the new sensor in place...
