I have seen the MAF cause misfire codes before. Just before mine went, I had a heck of a lot of misfire codes, so I figured my crank sensor was fluking out. I cleared them all, and about 2 days later it died completely and then only the #4 cylinder showed up as a misfire, but the car wouldn't stay running at all. I then unplugged the MAF, and voila! It ran again.
For now, though, switch the coils and see what happens.

ok, I switched the coils and re-inserted the wires for the coils on #3 and #4 and drove for about 20 minutes and all went well. I had disconnected the battery so the CEL was off and did not come back on for now. i will drive it to work tomorrow and post any changes. Is there a way to get help on this same thread the next time (if0 it happens again? Since i didn't add any new parts it should come back on. Thanks again

side note: auto zone said they can not get MAF sensor and the Denso plugs come pre-gapped at .040 and to not change them.

Ignore AutoZone. I assume you are not buying an irridum plug but just a stock plug.
Gap the plug per the underhood sticker or (if missing) the owners manual. You can buy a MAF from many of the vendors above if you don't have a local supply.
