constant starting problem v70 awd 1998

So i have replaced the Fuel pressure regulator which by the way is not above or even near the tank on my 98 V70 XC it is near front axle on passenger side. This did not fix my issue i am still having issues starting the car. I have also just replaced all the plugs and wires, cap and rotor have been replaced back in Feb. 2010. The only code im getting is misfire in cylinder 3 which seems to keep coming back but not sure why one cylinder misfire would be causing this??
