To the OP:
In this case, you will need to do a full flush with the Mobil 1 fluid.
If your current fluid is brown or very dirty, don't go through with this yet. Drain and refill the pan a couple times with DexIII fluid, wait a few weeks between each, and do it again until you the fluid a good, clear red.
At that point, you can wait a month or so and switch to the Mobil 1 entirely. I don't see the point in mixing the two, as it just seems to me like you'd be throwing away the expensive cost for the Mobil fluid mixing it in the transmission with the other stuff.
