Ding ding ding! You are right. Ha ha, good guess. I just barely found that I did bust that hose. The leak more or less started when I did the PCV fix. I think before I was causing a leak because of the blocked PCV, and I fixed that one but at the same time started another by ripping the hose. So, it kind of seemed to me that I didn't fix the original leak.

Congratulations! It's great when you actually find a specific problem and can fix it. When I changed my PCV a lot of gunk had collected in those engine passages and I had to scrape it out. I checked to make sure the passages were open to the sump by shoving in a rubber hose until I "struck oil".
