My name is Max Rossi and I am the VP of Sales here at FCP. I try to read and keep up with all the Volvo forums on a daily basis to see what the community is talking about when it comes to FCP and also follow up with Andrew whenever he has a concern from one of you. I never like to hear that a customer especially the loyal ones who post on MVS had a bad experience with one of my salesmen or an issue with the quality of a part. We have a young sales staff that consists of car enthusiasts like yourself that handle a large amount of call volume on a daily basis, Mike taking on the most. I receive a lot of compliments on a daily basis about Mike and the other sales guys, but any time that a negative experience from a customer is presented to me I look into immediately and try to reinforce to everyone treat your customers like you want to be treated. That is why the majority of the sales staff we hired our actually former FCP customers, so they can give the great service to others they use to get at FCP. We actually had a 2 hour meeting last week on all ways we can better every and all interactions with our customers. Mike and myself are working on ways to make your phone experience better, and I will use this as an example of what we can do better and how we can improve our overall demeanor to our customers. Also as we go forward we will be adding another phone rep to our current sales team who is a Master Volvo Technician.
