Did you used the same oil viscosity(10w-30 full synthetic) now when you replaced pcv system?

Yes. Castrol 10W30 Fully synthetic.

Ok,so....we have another confirmation that dirty/blocked pcv system can cause symptoms like worn valve stem seals or worn piston rings have.

My guess was that you used the higher viscosity oil than 10w-30 and that is the reason why i asked did you used the same viscosity oil after pcv job.

Higher viscosity oil can also help with the symptoms that you had and reduce or completely stop the smoking condition that you had(blue smoke from the exhaust).

But....ONLY if pcv system is NOT blocked.

Yes this was definitely the problem. Before I also used the same viscosity oil. 10W30 Fully synthetic. Since the repair I have put almost 1000 miles on the car & there is now no smoking or oil consumption so far (knock on wood. LOL), even after hard acceleration.
