Now tis is for North American cars, but it is most likely the same for elsewhere.
The 'Power Stage' as Vida calls it does change based on chassis numbers. I would estimate that it is around the end of 1994 based on the chassis numbers for 5 Dr cars (Wagons):
Part number : 9144354 (Alt #: 6811581) - 4DRS - up to - 223918 / 5DRS - up to - 124634
Part number : 9134932 - 4DRS - from 223919 / 5DRS - from 124635 -
That is the easy part, gladly you did not ask about part numbers for ECC units on 850s! There are about 6 or more each for F and C labelled ECC units!!
