If anyone is curious, tascaparts.com has the pcv tank for $27, $10 shipping though but doesn't increase with additional parts.

I give up. Ordered all the other parts including a new box. I'm just going to fabricate my own connection.
Any ideas/suggestions to help me brainstorm?
Was thinking I could drill an "accent" hole in the top of the box itself
, next to the main connection, and run the hose or a small metal pipe into the hole...sealing it off with some oil resistant silicon...maybe JBweld on the inside.
