96 850 GLT N/A Heat only on one side
Re: 96 850 GLT N/A Heat only on one side
[img][img][img][/img][/img][/img]I removed my dash and everything else it seemed to replace my evaporator coil and it was tedious. I don't think the difficulty level was that high just time consuming. AFter I got mine all put back together I realized something had came loose or was damaged. My a/c is only cold on the driver side and so so on the passenger. I can live with it rather than tear back into it.

wow there is sooo much soundproofing all over the back of the dash against the firewall! my issue is that also the coolant light is on, and there is a full bottle.. but when i start my car and give it gas i hear a sloshing water sound behind the dash for the first few minutes after startup cold. i put my heat on and its cold on pass side and warm on drivers side at idle. then after the car is driven a few miles the pass side warms up alot but not enough as the driver side. im on my 4th 850 and this is the highest milage. never seen this before.. only in the first one a 95 n/a sedan the driver side was warm and the pass side was freezing. i never cared since i diddnt have that car long when my dad crashed it on me totalling it.. i had the electronic control problem in my 95 turbo wagon and my mothers 97n/a hasnt had these issues yet among the rest of its own..

Lee, Do you remember what you looked at, or used to re-align the cams and flaps?
I'll be attempting this soon here, but without any idea on how to fix it, I don't want to use the try - fail method, however it does occasionally work...
I think mine is something more serious, but can't tell until I ger the rest off.

Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary... That's what gets you.
