Replaced front brake hoses with temporary units from Advanced Auto Parts

Bled brakes at all 4 corners with ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid (which is apparently illegal in the U.S. as of August 2013 -> http://hooniverse.com/2013/08/16/brakin ... tribution/).

Replaced missing upper intake manifold bolt with new bolt from IPD.

Replaced broken washer fluid reservoir cap with new one from IPD.
