I'll have to get a few quotes on the bumper to decide whether or not to try and do it myself. I know a guy who did all the body work for a local Volvo shop back home and for a good price too- might be worth seeing him again.

As far as the tailgate goes, I'll post some pictures within the next few days of the repair.
