I would probably next swap the #4 injector with say #1, for a similar test.
Not very difficult but you want to make sure you don't lose or damage any of the rubber seals or the o-rings. I think the pinned writeup for the PCV includes instructions on removing injectors if you want to see some pictures and what everything looks like, before you remove them.
Do you think there is fuel getting in there? Is the plug wet and smelly with fuel or dry?
What about if you unplug the injector and drive around, is it the same or worse?
You are likely going to want a compression test if it isn't a bad injector. Hopefully it didn't burn a valve.

I know this is almost 3 years after the most recent post; but I have the same exact issue. Long start, heavy misfire on start up for a dew seconds. Just as of an hour ago its misfiring heavily for a few seconds on acceleration from a dead stop. I have a live data scanner and its telling me my long-term fuel trim is at 25%......... ( the reason im delving into these posts)
My plugs, wires, distributer cap and rotor button were changed a few years ago but the car has barely driven since then. But im going to inspect everything you guys mentioned: spatk plugs and theyre status, wires, the distributor cap and button. Anything else?

Just got myself a tune up 5 days ago (Plugs, wires, distributor, rotors and the main engine relay) - and last night when pulling into my driveway, i had to do a quick reverse and adjust to make the turn (I overshot the turn by 2 feet) . When i shifted from reverse back to drive - that big fat shift up arrow popped on the dash (had not moved the car yet) - when i did - there was practically no power but the engine wasn't racing - just weak. I plug in my machine after parking - and I got 4 codes 0P300 / P0301 / P0303 / and P1310.
