So I got the one from ebay. It cost me about twice what it should have, but sometimes you just want what you want.
Thanks Arwing for alerting me to the ebay auction.

I'm happy with it. It made the front end feel better immediately. I know it's a good thing in my case, considering the front end repair.
Thanks again for the alert @Arwing

I just threw mine out, it was a complete piece of junk. Admittedly, I should have loosened the large bolt that allows it to rotate up (for servicing the turbo, etc.), but I ended up bending the cheap metal bracketry. It bent like it was plastic! Under load I can imagine that these cheap little "feet" that hold the bar to the strut towers probably flex as well. It's garbage aluminum, should cost about $30 MAX.

If I ever come across a tubular steel bar at a good price I'm buying it.

I could tell the aluminum is cheap now that I have possession of it, but I think it will suffice in my situation. Like I had mentioned, it's just a little added rigidity to the strut tower after subframe straightening. This is no track car. It's a '93 N/A.
