On your MY -94, checking the codes is free, easy and takes three minutes, including the walk to the car!
Look around this part of the forum, the procedure should be posted here somewhere.

Oh that's right - your 1994 car has a code reader built in!

That light makes me laugh coming from a Swedish car it is on 7 months of the year for me, reminds me of a Rover I had that had an annoying icy road light & buzzer

Thanks for the link, I will book mark it. My car actually didn't come with a manual. The previous owner already read the codes he said is the rear oxygen sensor. I will get to it eventually but first I need to replace the oil lines.
