I have a manual tensioner as well. Can't find any instructions on how to get it to give me slack to put the belt back on.

Anyone know how to time a volvo s70 engine? I took the TB and gear off of my Volvo S70. I marked the gears and shaft but it rubbed off. Any suggestions??
