now i have replaced the CBV with the ipd heavy duty one...
if you have a vacuum/pressure pump id put pressure on the line to the wastegate and se what happens, see if it hold pressure. before so you can see if you can move the rod by hand easily or not. you should be able to move it but it shouldnt bee too easy.

ok the wastegate diaphram has good tension on it and it holds vacuum so i dont think that is it... i am starting to think the CBV spring is not seated properly or something i dont know....

fixed it, under the throttle cover the elbow on the bottom side was loose. tightened the clip and it is good to go. going to reset the tcv and see how it is does.

Hey don't feel bad. Even übermechanic Dave here in Denver who did my epic 90k mile service on my 2004 V70 R got two lines into the TCV reversed. That caused some strange driving characteristics
