What do you believe is the best instrument/tool I should use to get around the bend in the lower port? Thanks!!!!!!

Get a box-end ratcheting wrench.

It will make your life 23489723423x easier than trying to get socket wrenches with a billion extensions up in there to reach that.

A thin, stiff metal wire or thin wire brush.

The two bolts under the car are 12mm.

In all actuality if it wasn't for the magnificent write ups on the PCV repair by jblackburn and others I would be totally blind to the root of my car problems and definitely how to fix them!!!!!!!!!!!

Justin, he was asking about the EGR tube that connects under the manifold. It is one large nut that attaches under there. Then take the intake TOTALLY off so you can check the rest of the EGR posts and things that attach to it. So, you will need to TOTALLY remove the fuel rail. You may or may NOT want to get new seals for the fuel injectors, at any rate, DO NOT LOOSE any of the fuel injector seals that go into the manifold.

You may also want to order a THROTTLE BODY gasket and there is also an EGR gasket that you may want to get. They are both very cheap and small.
