The single quick blink in A-7 is not normal. Try to reset it and see if it will start to behave again.

Did those A-3 codes come back after you cleared them? The pedal position sensor is in the brake booster and the contacts on it can sometimes be cleaned and it will work again. If you try to remove it pump the brakes several times before you try to pull it out. The brake booster holds vacuum and it will try to suck the O ring into the booster itself if you don't bleed it off.

If you don't have it, we have the factory service manual for a '95 here on the site and it has very detailed instructions on testing and repairing the ABS system - and the other systems.
