Okay, it's coming back to me.

Both of the 13mm bolts snapped off when I went to remove. I removed the nuts on the engine mount which unscrewed the snapped-off threads

I put a stainless 13mm nut bolt on each side to replace.

I ended up having to dremel off both bolts. The passenger side I did from the bottom. The driver side was miserable because there are components in the way on the bottom and so I had to chop away at the top nut little by little.
I ended up replacing the parts with some bolts and washers from Napa.
Found some new retaining clips at Napa too that also required new, longer bolts from the hardware store.

I thought this repair was supposed to be easy!

It's pretty easy if you don't live in the wintry northern states where they use corrosive road salt. The bolts came out without any problem on our cars. Not bragging, just feeling lucky. Ben must have bought his wagon somewhere down South. :wink:

I have run into the same problem and did it with a Dremel (only on passanger side, from below).
Since then I apply penetrating oil on every screw...
