Disconnect the red lead on top going to the power junction which connects to the alternator in the engine bay then snug down the 13mm nut so it is tight enough. You can now measure the alternator's current draw by using the meter in amps and completing the circuit between the jumper post and the alternator with the test leads.
Of course do this with ignition off. I had afew faulty alternator regulators and this is the ideal way to measure their current draw. It looks to me as though you have a 4Amp plus draw somewhere.
To measure current draw across fuse holders continue to do the same thing as above by completing the circuit across the holder with your meter with the fuse removed. Eventually you'll find the circuit that's causing this.

As a warning when you do this - be aware you've got an almost direct connection to the battery positive when doing this. Thus either (a) first disconnect the battery negative in the rear or (b) just be very very careful with your wrench - you'll be having a bad time if you accidentally touch the car body with your wrench!Disconnect the red lead on top going to the power junction which connects to the alternator in the engine bay then snug down the 13mm nut so it is tight enough.

It can't be done with a wrench; only a deep socket and ratchet drive which will clear all metal objects so is very safe to do.
