The seller ad say that the car was a repo and that at the time of the repo the key was deprogrammed.
That doesn't make sense. Is the seller in the repo business or is it someone who bought it from a repo and found they couldn't key it, perhaps?

VIDA should be able to tell you which module is wrong , why didn't the dealer tell you this ?
Thanks for your response, I went to another dealer and they told me the same, that would be almost impossible to program it...And I dont beleive them. I have to put the car in sale in ebay, loosing some money. And the dealer?? I guess they just want to selle me a car...

It sounds like the shops are being honest with you.
If anyone is telling a tall tale here, I'd bet it's the seller.

Most likely, sometime in the past, modules were replaced.
That won't work with these cars. All of the modules are
"married" when the car is built. If any are changed,
they won't communicate and nothing will work.

If you carefully read what Henry (doublebug) said I think you have your solution.

The rub is that the dealers don't have the ability to restore a module to its original virgin state inside of their set of tools. That is the sort of thing that you need the services of someone like Henry, or Xemodex, or ARD tuning that understands the modules at more of a component level. Before you completely punt I contact one of them and inquire about the fee to erase the ECM. My guess is that for under $200.00 (+ $75.00 freight in the case of Xemodex) you could have a virgin module ready to accept a new software download from your local dealership.
