So got in the car today planning to take it to a shop to see if they can find my oil leak, When I started it still clickity clackity drove to a gas station as my gas was getting low kept the Revs below 2000RPM drove it about 3 miles to a friends place to meet him for a few minutes and noticed the tick tick was gone its as quiet as can be and no moisture in the tailpipe. oil leak wasn't present either but I wasn't in the turbo at all. Plan to drive it for a few days at Low RPM stay out of the turbo and see how it does. I am guessing it was just a stubborn valve, perhaps the heat up and cool down multiple times helped the head gasket seal will do a pressure test on the cooling system and another leak down test next week.
