I have one more data point for you - today I had VIDA/DiCE hooked up to my 2005 V8, so I tracked the throttle position and engine speed while I started it. The throttle position was at ~11% for the first minute while it warmed up, then dropped to ~5.5% to ~6.0% and stayed there while it idled at ~710 rpm.
This was in Park. I didn't think to put it in drive and see what that changes.
Comparing this to what you captured, it looks like your ECU is at least commanding the throttle to a higher position in response to a lower rpm. (Yours was ~7%.)
What we don't know - is your car running low because the throttle is not responding properly, or is the throttle ok but it's running slow because of some outside influence.

Looks like I'm going to have to pull the booster and investigate. I do have a vacuum line that I haven't been able to verify that runs under the fuse box.
I won't be able to get to it for about a week. Thanks again for the feed back R.

Still having this low idle issue. Ive change out the throttle body and the brake boster with some used junkyard parts, didnt change anthing. Its a shame, 99thousand on the clock and i might just have to through in the towel.
Took some video that shows the transmission shift IND mode - lock up function

That sounds like your torque converter is failing... Maybe the rough idle is being caused by it not releasing fully? or clutches are grabbing?
